by execution of this entry form release
and discharge the City of North Tonawanda & WNY
Car Clubs, owners directors, employees,
representatives, and anyone else connected
with the management of this car show
from any and all known and unknown damages,
injuries or losses. Further, each entrant
expressly agrees to indemnify all the
forgoing resulting from the conduct of
entrants or any participant assisting
or cooperation with entrant and under
the direction or control of the entrant.
This shall be binding with the undersigned,
his distributes, executors, administrators,
legal representatives, successors and
assigns. Submitting this form with the
Signature box completed constitutes a
legal signature and acceptance of these
